By joining our platform and offering products, you (“the Partner”) agree to the following terms:

1. Compliance with Platform Policies

The Partner agrees to fully comply with all applicable policies, standards, and operational procedures established by the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, requirements related to product quality, order fulfillment, customer service, and platform-specific operational protocols.

2. 30-Day Notice Requirement

Either party may terminate this agreement by providing at least thirty (30) days’ written notice. This notice period applies to both voluntary termination initiated by the Partner and termination initiated by the platform due to non-compliance, underperformance, or other breaches of agreement.

3. Payment Terms

Payments to the Partner will be processed within thirty (30) days following the end of each calendar month. All payments are subject to final reconciliation and may be adjusted for product returns, chargebacks, or applicable penalties incurred during the payment period.

4. Refund Policy

The Partner must adhere to a thirty (30) day refund policy for all eligible products sold through the platform. Exchanges are not permitted on this platform. All refunds must be handled in accordance with the platform’s requirements regarding product condition, original packaging, and submission timelines. The Partner is responsible for managing the refund process promptly and maintaining a high standard of customer service.

5. Account Suspension or Termination

Failure to meet platform standards or respond to compliance issues may result in account suspension or termination. The platform reserves the right to take such action with or without prior notice, depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

6. Penalty Deductions and Payment Withholding

Moose Market reserves the right to withhold or deduct a portion of the Partner’s earnings in cases of non-compliance with platform rules, breach of agreement, or customer-related disputes. This may include, but is not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading product or business information
• Failing to fulfill orders accurately or on time
• Vendors who violate Moose Market’s refund policies may be subject to account review, temporary suspension, or other actions in accordance with our platform rules
• Receiving excessive customer complaints or chargebacks
• Breaching confidentiality or misusing customer data.                                                                                                                                                                                                                 

To ensure fairness and risk control, Moose Market may implement the following measures:

• Delayed Payouts — Earnings may be held temporarily pending investigation or resolution of the issue
• Partial Payment Holds — A percentage of the Partner’s transaction amount may be withheld for a specified period as a risk reserve
• Penalty Offsets — Fines, penalties, or platform-imposed charges may be deducted directly from future payouts

All withheld or deducted amounts will be transparently recorded and made available to the Partner upon request. These actions will be executed in accordance with Moose Market’s policies and the applicable guidelines of our payment processor (e.g., Stripe).

7. Penalty and Fees

By registering as a vendor on this platform, I authorize Moose Market (Royal Birkdale Sales & Marketing Inc.) to charge my saved payment method for any penalties, fees, or administrative costs incurred as a result of violations of platform policies, including but not limited to delayed shipments, excessive order cancellations, or abuse of the refund system.

8. Confidentiality

All partner-related data, pricing information, and customer details must be treated as strictly confidential. Such information may not be disclosed, shared, or used for any purpose other than fulfilling obligations under this agreement, without the prior written consent of the platform.
