Refund Window

Our marketplace offers a 30-day refund policy from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we regret that we are unable to issue a refund.

Each vendor on our platform is responsible for managing their own refund requests in accordance with this policy. Vendors review all requests individually to determine eligibility.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Do not send returns directly to the manufacturer.Please wait for the vendor to approve your request and provide return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products (e.g., ebooks, software)
  • Certain personal care or health-related items

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued at the vendor’s discretion under circumstances such as:

  • Books showing obvious signs of use
  • Opened media items (CDs, DVDs, software, video games)
  • Any item not in its original condition, or missing parts not due to vendor error

Refund Process

To request a refund, go to your Orders page and click on “Request Refund” next to the item. Fill in the reason and submit your request directly to the vendor.

Once your request is submitted:

  1. The vendor will review your request and may ask for additional details or photos.
  2. If approved, your refund will be processed based on the vendor’s store policy.
  3. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges.
If your item is defective or incorrect, please submit a refund request as outlined above, and place a new order after the refund is processed.

Return Shipping:

Unless otherwise specified by the vendor, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.
  • Return times may vary depending on your location.
  • For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method.
  • Return shipping may be covered if the error was caused by the vendor or the shipping provider.
