RBSM SPORTS is a brand of Royal Birkdale Sales & Marketing, specializing in electric bikes, e-bike accessories, and service. For more than 10 years, we have helped bring e-bikes to riders across North America. Today, our products are available through online and in-store retail channels in both Canada and the United States, including major retailers where our bikes have achieved strong sales.

North America offers a wide range of climates and riding conditions. With that in mind, we offer different e-bike designs to suit riders’ needs, whether they are looking for a convenient way to get around town or a bike for recreational rides. We believe a great riding experience starts with choosing the right bike and continues with dependable support after purchase.

Our service location in Burlington, Ontario, provides a place for local customers to get help with their bikes. For customers elsewhere in Canada and the United States, we also offer remote troubleshooting and repair guidance. Our team can help identify issues, answer technical questions, and provide guidance on replacement parts, making it easier to get back on the road even when you are far from our service location.
